I tried to not demand too much, so in case someone thinks I exaggerate with my requirements, let me know. :-)
Actually I would prefer (but maybe it's just a personal preference, motivated by the fact that I had to miss the LibreOffice conference 2011 due to some last-minute changes in my travel schedule) that video recording is made mandatory: live streaming has complex requirements and can remain optional, but video/audio recording facilities (at least at amateur level) should be available to any teams that want to organize a conference.
